A former underground Pb-Zn-Ag-Au-Cu prospect/occurrence/mine located in the N½ sec. 36, T5S, R26E. Unpatented claims extend into secs. 25, 26 & 35.
Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body hosted in Escabrosa Limestone and with a shear zone striking N75°E and dipping 80°S, along a contact. Ore control was a fault. Ore concentration was fissure filling. An associated rock unit is mafic intrusives.
Area structures include Block faulting trending NNW. Regional trends: minor Pre-Cretaceous E- and NE-trending folds and major Post-Cretaceous NNW-trending faults.
