A lead-antimony mine near Wembury. Also known as Wheal Emily, the mine workings targeted a vein carrying Pb-Sb-Cu mineralisation, associated with an NW- to SE-trending fault zone cross-cutting Lower Devonian host rocks.

The ores are a complex intergrowth of jamesonite with subsidiary galena and Cu-Pb-bearing sulphosalts (bournonite, boulangerite, semseyite, meneghinite). Siderite was present as a gangue mineral.

The mine is now a SSSI.
