A Pb prospect located in the SE¼NW¼ sec. 24, T23S, R15E, on the south side of the Canada de la Paloma, farther downstream than the O'Mara Mine, at an altitude of 4,500 feet, on National Forest land. Owned by S.M. Bailey, of Nogales (1915).
It is situated on the border of the granite porphyry outcrop. A fault in this rock that strikes N.85ºW., but shows no mineralization. he fissure is filled with yellowish gouge about 4 inches (10 cm) wide and dips 50ºW. A small pocket of galena was found in an open cut in a north-south fissure at the surface.
Workings include a short tunnel.
