Barite vein carrying copper and bismuth ores. Located 1 km NW of Hinterohlsbach, near Gengenbach.
Active mining from 1890 - 1947. The main gallery is secured and located near by the historic "Spathaus" building. Another gallery and a ventilation shaft with some dumps are visible not far away from the Maria Hilf chapel, inside a small secondary valley.
