A former small surface Au-Ag mine located in the NE¼ sec. 29, T16S, R5E, 3½ miles E of the Steppe Mine (assumed center of NE¼ section 29), and about 2 miles from Akron Camp. Operated 1933-1934. Owned/operated by Gus H. Jaeger.
Mineralization is a vein deposit with ore in irregular bodies hosted in andesite. Ore control was small fractures and faults. Alteration includes partial oxidation. Geology reference not specific to this mine.
Production was several small lots of rich gold ore.
