A copper and tin mine, started in 1850 and closed in 1874. The mine worked two lodes, known as North Lode and South Lode. The former was opened up from Engine Shaft, the latter was accessed through crosscuts from the workings on North Lode. Some burrows are left in the fields to the north of the road leading from Killivose to Camborne Beacon.
From 1854 to 1874, West Stray Park Mine produced 3,655 tons of 7.5% copper ore and 2 tons of black tin.
