A former underground Ag-Pb-Cu-Au-Zn-Mo mine located about 3 quarters of a mile east of Chloride. Operated 1901 to 1948.
Mineralization is a vein deposit associated with Ithaca Peak granite. Precambrian schistosity strikes N30ºE. Veins, fissures and dikes strike NW to NNW regionally. The vein parallels schistosity of the host rock. The oxidation zone is 200 to 250 feet deep.
