Tectonics: Basin And Range
Deposit: Deposit consists of veins, pods, and stringers of fluorite at intervals of 3200 ft associated with silicious gouge and breccia along a north-south trending fault zone that dips steeply east in precambrian granite, schists, and quartzite. Volcanic rocks are intruded locally into the granite. Fluorite is light green, coarsely crystalline in the cubic habit, and occurs in sinuous veinlets up to 4 in in width.
