A former small surface and underground Cu-Ag-Au mine located in the NE ¼ sec. 18, T.22S., R.17E. Produced 1937-1941.
Mineralization is a narrow ore body with oxidized copper minerals with supergene enrichment of silver in narrow fractures in Laramide volcanics.
Workings include shallow shaft and adit operations. Worked sporadically from 1937 through 1941. Produced some 70 tons of hand picked ore averaging about 24% Cu, 70 oz. Ag/T and minor Au.
