A Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag-Au mining district located T14-15S, R19-21E, G&SRM.

Mineralization is narrow, irregular veins oc calcite and opaline quartz with spotty base metal oxides, carbonates, and sulfides in Precambrian granodiorite and in folded and thrust faulted Paleozoic limestone and shale.

Workings are relatively scattered prospects and mines. Some 200 tons of ore were produced in the 1900's, mainly as small test lots.
