Description: Vokes found siegenite in all samples he investigated in polarised-light microscope, in grains 0,05 - 0,1 mm and constituting 1% to 5% of the ore. Being the oldest ore, it's replaced by bornite and chalcopyrite. (cited from Neumann 1985)
