Mineralization is an U deposit hosted in carbonaceous-rich Petrified Forest Member of the Chinle Formation with fossil wood, gypsum and specks of possibly
schroeckingerite. Radioactivity is 70X background.
Workings include surface openings comprised of a prospect pit.
