Gerbi quarry, identifiable with Fossa Cava quarry or Quarry no. 155, yielded beautiful specimens of enargite, mainly in the form of six-pointed star-like twins, in some cases in epitaxial relationship with sphalerite.

The name "Gerby" is a typo for Gerbi included in the recent book of Biagioni et al. (2019).
