An abandoned mica mine. Located approximately 7 kilometres south-east of Atitjere. Follow the same directions as the Central Deposit (mine) Mindat location, but instead of turning south into the ranges, continue east parallel to the base of the ranges. At a north-south fence line turn south, however the track appears barely discernable. Just upon entering the first ridge, the mine is about 250 metres west. The mine was always small.

Information is limited. A Sydney company is said to have put much money into developing the mine, and then a second company, who abandoned it after only one month. No dates or names are mentioned. Two Italians sank a shaft down to 20 feet, with no results. By 1941, 533 lbs of mica had been produced worth 134 pounds.

The pegmatite is 1000 feet long, 6-20 feet wide, as a tabular lode, with smaller branch lodes. There is (was) some ruby mica on the dump, abundant muscovite crystals one inch by one inch, with much of the mica fish-boned and fractured.

Small amounts of turquoise may be found. (Sloggett, T. reference below)
