A mid 2017 visit revealed open pit mining starting here. The deposit was owned by Kidman Resources, before being acquired in 2016 by Metals X. The mine is 5 kilometres north-east of Coolgardie, bordering the eastern side of the Great Eastern Highway. At the time of writing, little information was found about the mine.
