Late Cenozoic (1 Ma to 0.27 Ma) basaltic volcanic field with about 130 different vents and cinder cones. This volcanic field is situated on the southeastern corner of Arizona in between the Chiricahua mountain range (AZ) and the Peloncillo range (NM). Numerous olivine-rich basalt flows with olivine and orthopyroxene xenoliths, as well as pyroxene and plagioclase megacrysts.
