Ark Mine
A silver mine south of Kettle Falls near Hallam Creek. The ore occurred as a vein along the contact between limestone and phyllite of the Maitlen Phyllite of the Metaline Formation. Development consisted of a 100' long inclined shaft, a 150' deep shaft, and a 1700' long adit with a raise. It produced around 3000 tons of ore sporadically from 1915 to 1949.
