A former Au-Pb-Zn occurrence/mine located in the E½SE¼ sec. 14 & in the NE¼ sec. 23, T17N, R11E, MDM, about 4.5 km (2.5 miles) E of Omega, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Mineralization is hosted in granite. The ore body strikes N6-10E and dips 56E at a thickness of 1.52 meters. Local rocks include Tertiary pyroclastic and volcanic mudflow deposits, unit 9 (Cascade Range).
Workings include surface and underground openings with a length of 45.72 meters and comprised of an adit, trench and pit.
