Prospect on the western side of the mountain, less than one kilometre west of the Wodgina tantalite mine.
Government geologist, E.S. Simpson in 1928, states at Wodgina West was dendritic films of ferrimolybdenite. In a quartz reef, finely granular galena is abundant, associated with sphalerite, while close to the surface their place is taken by anglesite, cerussite, smithsonite, and hemimorphite. He states no more, focusing on Wodgina itself and other nearby locations.
Cullen Resources did minor sampling in 2016. They state the area includes a tungsten in quartz vein 0.5 metres wide, a lead base metal occurrence, and tin-tantalum pegmatite.
The area presently shows much exploration work.
