A relatively young crater located in the Homer Basin.
There are "hollows" associated with crater walls - shallow and irregular depressions; these hollows are typical features of Mercury's surface. The hollows of the crater have high-reflectance halos. Photometry of the south crater wall revealed a possible calcium sulfide mineralization, likely in form of oldhamite.
