Structure: San Mateo Fault A Fracture System Trending N 10-15 W

Tectonics: Chaco Slope

Deposit: The ore occurs in an irregular cluster of deposits. The deposits are largely oxidized redistributed ore along fractures trending N 10 to 15 w.

Geology: The deposit occurs in the poison canyon sandstone of the brushy basin member of the morrison formation.
