The mine is in the northern section of the goldfield. It is north of the tourist road where it turns towards the highway. A small abandoned open pit developed in the 1980's marks the site. The Sovereign open pit adjoins to the west, Baxter open pit across the road to the north, and historically the Occidental leases to the south, this area now marked by several shafts.
Limited information found, mainly crushing reports. The earliest report found was August 1896 stating they were driving east at the 69 and 135 foot level of the shaft. November 1896 its reported there are 3 shafts, the main lode struck at 40 feet. The shareholders also owned a nearby lease called GOM, which remained un-worked. In March 1897 water was struck at the 130 feet level. A crushing is reported for May this year at 23 tonnes, and finally June 1900 at 129 tonnes going at 7 dwt/t.
