Fall, 22 January 1911; mass = 7.7 g.
CI1 (Ivuna-like) Carbonaceous Chondrite.

Near midday of 22 January 1911 after a bolide appeared, detonations were heard, and a shower of stones fell near Chhabra, Tonk State, Rajasthan, India. However, only a small amount has been preserved (7.7 g). Tonk is one of only 5 witnessed CI1 carbonaceous chondrite falls. However, as CI1 chondrites are arguably the most compositionally representative of the ancient solar nebula among all meteorite groups, even the tiny Tonk has been included in occasional meteorite studies. CI1 chondrites do not actually have chondrules, but their near solar Mg/Si ratios and oxygen isotope ratios place them clearly within the Carbonaceous Chondrite Class.
