A series of interesting substances are reported by Zelensky and Bortnikova (2005), and Zelensky and Kaz'min (2004), to crystallize from sublimate gas in silica tubes, with almost all the unamed phases not observed among the (natural) exhalation products. They include: unnamed (Cd-Pb-Bi sulfide selenide I), unnamed (Cd-Pb-Bi sulfide selenide II), unnamed (Pb-Cd(Fe)-Bi sulfide selenide), unnamed (Cd-Bi sulfide), unnamed (Cd chloride), unnamed (NH4-Cd chloride), unnamed (Na-Cd chloride), unnamed (Cd sulfate), unnamed (Pb-As sulfide chloride), unnamed (Pb-Tl chloride), unnamed (Pb-Tl chloride II), unnamed (Pb-Bi iodide), unnamed (As-S-I phase), unnamed (As-S-Cl phase), unnamed (Pb-Bi-Cd-As-S-Cl phase); also anglesite, barberiite, bismuthinite, cristobalite, galena, greenockite, halite, kirkiite, maghemite, pyrite, pyrrhotite, sulfur (including As-bearing amorphous), titanomagnetite, tschermigite, and phases likely corresponding to demicheleite-(Cl), hephaistosite, letovicite, mascagnite and thénardite.
