The Carcoar Mine is an open cut uranium, cobalt, copper, gold, molybdenum and silver mine. It is also known as the Wilsons Mine.
Located approximately 1km South-East of Carcoar.
Some specimens of fibrous erythrite are being sold labelled as this locality but appear to actually be from Mt Cobalt, Queensland.
