This name is given on 19th century topographic maps to an old iron mine, which was presumably worked in the 18th century. The workings consist of several small open pits arranged in a line that probably follows the strike of a vein. Old maps also indicate two dumps, of which only one still exists. This mine is probably identical with the Rothenberger Glück Mine, which is recorded as having produced some iron ore between 1765 and 1767.
