Locality type:


A twenty-mile wide trend of U-V-Mo-Fe-Se deposits in various sedimentary rocks that extends for almost 100 miles. Extends into Cibola County.

The Todilto limestone (Upper Jurassic) was some of the earliest located mines that were mined either with open pits or shallow mines. Mineralogy is uraninite, some of which has been oxidized by being near the surface.
