A Mn claim located 2.25 miles northeast of Bear Creek Village on the on the steep southeast slope of Mount Muller Ridge. This mine produced 50 tons or more in 1953.
The ore body occurs in lenses in a shear zone. The host rocks are of the Crescent formation and consist of altered Paleocene? and Eocene pillow basalts similar to ocean ridge basalts, with associated deep water limestone deposits.
