"(Coming from Pontgibaud). From Pontgibaud west on the N141, then south on the D19E south of Bromont-Lamothe. There is an old mine with baryte, silver ores and lead ores." [Belot, 1978]

Ancient lead and silver mine on a quartz vein carrying argentiferous galena. Located at Les Rosiers, 4 km SW of Pontgibaud.
