Pb-Zn mine that also produces Cu, Ag and Au.
Opened in September 2008 after 11 years of exploration and development.
Owned by Terramin Australia Limited.

A Broken Hill style, coarsegrained, Zn–Pb–Ag ± Au orebody that extends over 500 m, plunging 45º S from the surface to a depth of 450 m. Mineralisation occurs within Tapanappa Formation turbidites of the Cambrian Kanmantoo Group, which is the same host for the Kanmantoo copper–gold mine development, 40 km to the northeast.

The Angas orebody comprises three regions/lodes: the Garwood, Hanging Wall and Rankine lodes.

This is a working mine (2012) and all access is prohibited.
