A Pb-Zn occurrence/prospect on the E side of Pennsylvania Route 144, 1.95 km west of the summit of Trcziyulny Mountain.
Minweralization is hosted in rocks of the Tuscarora Formation (quartzite, sandstone).
The previous listing for the Shad prospect as being in Blair County is the result of an error made by an author of the cited reference in Economic Geology.
Workings include an adit driven into Bald Eagle Mountain.
