A former surface and underground Ag-Cu-Au-U mine/group of claims with surface and underground workings located in the NE¼ sec. 5, T21S, R10E, on the NE end of Las Guijas Mountain, on private land. Owned by E.C. Bolton (1957).
Mineralization is a vein deposit related to fault fissure veins hosted in granite. The ore zone strikes E-W and dips 75-85N. The host granite is medium-grained and light coloured. Radioactivity: background 0.03-0.05 mr/hr, max 1.0 mr/hr. Uranium minerals identified in a "Taxpayers sample" by the U.B. Bureau of Mnes. Idle since 1949.
Workings are 30 meters long and 30.48 meters deep.
