Previous ownership records indicate that it was owned by the Tintic Drain Tunnel Co. and later Anaconda Minerals/North Lily Mining Co. An M.R.Hunt was reported as being the manager.
Workings consist of a single shaft and two collapsed adits. The eastern adit being 200ft. long and the west about 800ft. long.
The Salt Lake Mining Review reported five good ore bodies were located in November 1899. An ore body was located on the 450ft. level of the shaft. The ore deposit id vein material consisting of crystalline and sugary textured quartz containing irregular pockets of oxidized ore.
Production of one cartload of ore was reported in 1900. This assayed as containing 5% lead, 45oz of silver, and 70 cents (period value) of gold per ton. The mine closed in 1903, and again produced in 1925.
