A small breccia zone on the south side of the Middle Fork river, Goldmeyer Hot Springs Area. The name is derived from asterated mica balls included in quartz. Recent work by J.T. Hilton has revealed a huge variety of minerals in vugs at this site, the most diverse of any Middle Fork breccia.
