A quarry in bituminous Zechstein limestones, operated by the Blome KG. On the hanging wall, porous, silicified limestones are exposed that are worked for use as additives in fertilizers. The limestones on the lower levels include copper-bearing marl slates, from which most of the minerals found here originate.
Located just east of Marsberg.
