Ancient copper mines, working copper- and nickel-bearing fluorite veins hosted by quartzites and clay schists. Many of them shifted their production to fluorite, when the ores were exhausted. The most important mines - apart from those already listed - were "Alter Bauer", "Blauer Adler", "Christoph", "Geharnischter Ritter", "Gelber Fuchs", "König David", "Kotzau", "Rebecca", "Roter Fuchs", "Schönes Bauernmädchen", "Sibylla", "St Andreas", "St Gabriel" and "Streckenberg".

Located in the area between Lichtenberg and Hölle, north-east to east of Bad Steben.
