Manganese-bearing Jurassic limestones. Hornfels is also present. Mn minerals, including the unnamed analogue of pseudowollastonite, found above the adits of the Huciska Glade.

Thick enough manganiferous (and ferriferous) profiles to be exploited here and in the vicinity, in the past.

Mineralogically/crystallochemically complex manganolites. Monazite-(Ce) is locally enriched in As. The occurrence of (relatively large) clasts of Cr-rich chamosite are somewhat astonishing.
