Monte Basòdino (3274 m, Swiss coordinates 679´175 / 140´545) is the highest peak of the ridge dividing Bavona Valley, Ticino, Switzerland, from Formazza Valley, Piedmont, Italy. Basòdino Glacier, the largest glacier of Ticino, is located on its north and northeast flanks at an altitude between 2600 and 3120 m and the numerous glacier-fed streamlets flow into Lago del Zött.
