Abandoned uranium deposit.
The vein-type uranium mineralisation (with primary uraninite) is hosted in metamorphic rocks at the southern exocontact of the Krkonoše-Jizera Pluton.

Located 2.5 km northwest of the Špindlerův Mlýn, at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,200 m, in proximity of the Medvědín hill (1,235 m).

An unidentified Pb-REE phosphate, Pb(Ce,REE)3(PO4)3(OH)2 * nH2O, is mentioned by Plásil et al. (2009).
