Superlarge sedimentary-metamorphic magnesite deposit in the Proterozoic Eastern Liaoning rift zone in the Paleoproterozoic Dashiqiao formation. The host rocks are mainly two-mica quartz schist, sillimanite-kyanite-staurolite two-mica schist, magnesite marbles and dolomitic marbles, with a total thickness of 3516 m. Deposit layers occur in a N-NE-striking monocline that extends 3,250 m. The deposit minerals are mainly massive.
