Harold D. Roberts Tunnel
The West Portal (intake) is in the Dillon Reservoir, the outflow is in the South Platte River about .6 mile west of Grant in Park County.
The tunnel follows a dogleg course in a generally southeast direction for 23.3 miles, passes beneath the Continental Divide at the crest of the Front Range of Colorado.
