A former underground asbestos mine located in sec. 35, T8N, R15E, about 4¾ miles E of Cow Hat Mountain and about 2¼ miles SE of Vosburg Mesa, on National Forest land. Lat-long was taken from adits shown on Rock House Quadrangle.
Mineralization is chrysotile hosted in the Mescal Limestone. Alteration is serpentinization.
