An U occurrence located in sec. 31, T7N, R13E, on the E flank of Buck (Laufler) Peak, about 1½ miles NNE of Greenback Peak and 2½ miles SSE of Copper Mountain, on National Forest land. Owned by S. Simons and G. Toot.
Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in the Dripping Springs Quartzite-Upper Member. Radioactivity 0.02-0.04 mr/hr, max 0.8 mr/hr. No diabase found in the immediate vicinity of these claims.
