The Roudný gold deposit is an irregular stockwork grading into impregnation ores. It dips steeply (45-50º) to the northwest. Overall thickness is up to 20 m, but minable thickness was about 2-6 m. The orebody was confirmed extending to a depth of 510 m but probably goes much deeper.
Rich parts of the deposit were mostly situated close to tectonic structures (faults); the mineralization is hosted by a large-scale NNE-SSW trending fault zone (the Blanice Graben).

Largest gold content of ore sample was 10334.2 g/t, but the average was between 4 and 25 g/t.
The major mineral of the ore veins was quartz accompanied by arsenopyrite, pyrite and gold (65.2-66.7 % Au).
