Granite pegmatite. Some 7-8 km south of Jokkmokk is the Ruoutevare mountain with the top some 200 m above the surrounding area. The pegmatite lies in the center of an approx. 3x3 km gabbro body surrounded by granodiorite & diorite.
Dagbo & Martinsson (1981) list 9 quartz quarries in the pegmatite.

NB: NOT to be confused with Ruoutevare near Kvikkjokk (http://www.mindat.org/loc-63560.html).

Note on the mineral list: "magnesite" was erroneously listed in the literature; it was probably confused with magnetite.
