Bromellite
Lupikko Mine, Pitkyaranta, Pitkyarantsky District, Republic of Karelia, Russia
A very rare quite well formed crystal of 2,5 mm in matrix, with an evident hexagonal symmetry, yellowish, shiny on some faces. Exceptional for the locale, usually there are formless little granules, or prismatic pseudocrystals. Analyzed material, obtained from Mikon Mineralien Kontor. In my personal systematic suite.
