Amongst the magnetite, ilmenite etc from Bells beach are a few very very small zircons. Mostly orange, but one pink! This is a little under half a mm!

Highly magnetic magnetite separated from beach sand at Bells Beach. Some black material remained with the quartz sand and is much less magnetic. It is likely ilmenite. The mass below is a little over 40mm across and made up more than half of the sample I bagged.
