A lightweight, white rock hosts dozens of glassy and gemmy, deep purple-blue crystals, of henmilite. Henmilite, first discovered in Japan, is a very rare calcium, copper, boron hydroxide. This is a superb miniature of high quality from a remarkable find at the type locality, long thought unproductive, about 5-6 years ago.

A lightweight, white rock hosts dozens of glassy and gemmy, deep purple-blue crystals, of henmilite. Henmilite, first discovered in Japan, is a very rare calcium, copper, boron hydroxide. This is a superb miniature of high quality from a remarkable find at the type locality, long thought unproductive, about 5-6 years ago.

A white mass of marble containing micron-sized crystals of takedaite and olshanskyite. These two minerals forms granular grains embedded within marble matrix up to 40 vol%, was confirmed from a polished fragment under FESEM.
