Rare, well shaped gobbinsite interpenetration twin visible on a sphere of an fibrous gobbinsite/phillipsite-Na epitaxy. Phillipsite-Na is the minor constituent of this epitaxy. Most of this spheres show a phillipsite surface.

Group of two lens-like phacolite crystals.
Chabazite in the phacolite form as a rare almost complete crystal.
Hollow qartz crystals. The tip and the center of the crystals is missing.
Aggregate of calcedony. This sample indicated that this aggregates grow in steps. First a more light stage which has a medio intensive fluorescense in SW UV-light, then more yellow caps with no fluorescense, due to sqenching from Fe-Minerals.
Vug in basaltic matrix lined with analcime crystals, partally covered with yellow-orange pigmented clay minerals. The analcime shows interesting growth figures and some cube faces.

Collected ca. 1985 from the cliff W of Castillo de las Coloradas. Unusual large hemisphere of Gobbinsite with eptaxial phillisite surface and some dark todorokite. The surface is formend by the (110) faces of phillipsite. The core of such hemispheres is a fibrous epitaxy of gobbinsite/phillipsite.
Collected in sept. 1985 ca. 300 m N of the Castillo de las Coloradas. This area is now covered by a hotel complex.
