Fine specimen showing sharp rhombic adularia crystals resting on snow-white pericline, partly chamosite (chlorite) powdered and minor needles of black tourmaline are present. Complete all around. Size : 15 x 12 cm
195mm x 126mm x 90mm. Adularia up to 28mm across, Pericline up to 29mm. The pericline crystals are completely white and, this is rare, partly glossy. The adularia xls show perfect gloss and are also snowy white. The specimen represents best alpine quality. Martin Gruell Alpine Coll. photo Gruell
